A new week is about to begin..Here are eleven little things YOU can do to be HAPPIER this week. Some of these things I do already, but some I really need to do more.

1. Make time for what you love- life can be pretty hectic but try and take time out of your day to do something you really love. Like dancing, singing, cooking etc.

2. Meditate

3. Practice Yoga

4. Work out- even if it is just something small, you will feel SO much better after

5. Smile- its proven that if you are feeling down and you smile you will feel better

6. Get off your phone (for at least 30 minutes a day)

7. Be mindful in everything you do- How do you feel? Why do you feel that way? Rework your negative thoughts

8. Do something outside that you normally do inside

9. Have a bath- At the end of the day, de-stress in a nice warm bubble bath

10.Β Call someone and tell them you love them- talking to someone you love can instantly pick you up

11. Don’t compare yourself to others

THERE you have it. Simple ways to make yourself happier. Try em out and see how you feel.

    • Rachel that is so sweet of you!! I love your blog. I was just on it the other day and my mouth was WATERING. I have been blogging since October but just this past week I did a total re-vamp on my page and hope to start up more frequently! πŸ™‚


  1. Love these ideas; I’ve been practising many of them since we started having our ‘troubles’ and can vouch for the fact that many of them *do* work (even for people under extreme negative circumstances)…..[thankful you found my blog as I love *your* blog!]
