All you need for this yummy refined SUGAR free smoothie is:
-2-3 tbsp of CACAO powder (not coco…sorry for the misleading title, guys), 2 tbsp all natural no sugar added PB or AB, and 1 banana
Blend with some ice and water and ENJOY!!!!
Original smoothie idea taken off of Simple Green Moms (They use cocoa powder and honey- i prefer cacao powder as it is raw and I never add any honey)
