Healthy chocolate fudge

Hello everyone,

Most of the time when I think of a “healthy” dessert I think of something with zero flavour and not enough sweetness.

Wellll…. I found this recipe on pinterest for some Paleo fudge and let me tell you….it is SOOOO GOOD OMG! After eating these I have changed my mind about healthy desserts.

This recipe was taken off of practical paleo and it is AMAZING (even my dad ate one, and he hates “healthy” stuff)

For the recipe you will need:

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup high quality CACOA powder (she used Cocoa powder in her recipe, but i used CACOA because it is healthier)

1/2 cup smooth almond butter  (I used peanut butter instead, which turns this into a non paleo recipe but i’m not paleo so it didn’t matter to me) I used the no sugar added kind, and it tasted like a reese peanut butter cup….soooooooo good

1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup ( i used creamed honey because it was all I had)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Melt coconut oil.  Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.  Pour into paper-lined muffin tin cups or silicon muffin cups and fill half-inch full.  Makes 10.   Chill for 30 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes.  When firm, remove.  Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator
