This morning I did a short leg/butt workout to start my day.
Here is the routine:
*I took some of the moves from tone it up and other videos on youtube*
Single leg calf raise.each leg x30 –> Raise heel by extending ankle as high as possible. Lower heel by bending ankle until calf is stretched. Repeat. Continue with opposite leg.
Donkey kicks x30 –> Start on all fours, with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips. Keep your right knee at a 90-degree angle as you slowly raise your leg behind you until your thigh is almost parallel to the floor. Return to start position to complete one rep.
Booty Bridge x30 –> Laying on your back with your feet below your knees, push up through your heels to lift your booty in the air. Press forward through your hips and repeat
Booty kicks. each leg x30 –> Standing with all your weight on one leg, kick the opposite leg back, keeping your knee straight
Hamstring curls x30 each leg
