Happy Saturday!

Hello everyone,

I started off my day with some oatmeal and blueberries sprinkled on top. With my breakfast I had water with magnesium stirred into it.  I personally use magnelevures (a vitamin-mineral supplement) 2x a day (with breakfast and with dinner). Ive been using it for almost 3 months now and notice that it helps calm me down and relaxes my muscles (controls muscle spasms etc). Im not an expert on vitamins and which should be taken, but, my naturopath recommend magnesium to me and so far I really like it.

Also,  every morning with my breakfast I try to take a quick shot of some Ribes Nigrum (blackcurrant). If I dont do it at breakfast i usually do it sometime after lunch. The brand I use is: http://www.rockwellnutrition-canada.com/Ribes-Nigrum-Gemmotherapy-by-Unda_p_771.html.

The ribes nigrum helps with adrenal glands and I find that when I take just one tablespoon of it in the morning I feel more energized. It tastes awful, so i mix it with a bit of water and some lemon.

Then, I went out onto the balcony and did a quick workout video from Tone it up 2x through.
