Dinner time

Mmmmm mmmm

For dinner I had Acorn Squash, Golden beets and some roasted cauliflower and broccoli. So good!

Acorn Squash is really yummy (very similar in taste to butternut squash) and is high in vitamin c and magnesium. Golden beets, which i prefer over red beets, help to lower blood pressure and ward off cancer.
