This smoothie is my go-to. Whenever i’m feeling hungry, this always helps to hold me over.
-Handful of frozen Mangos (you can replace mangos with just about any other fruit if you don’t like them or are allergic)
-Handful of baby spinach (you could use kale here, or both!)
-A teaspoon of Chia Seeds
-Half of a Banana
-3/4 cup of Lactose Free milk (or almond milk/cashew milk)
-A squeeze of honey or agave (you can skip this but it is nice to have the added sweetness to balance out the spinach)
